Tech Support Technician

Bakersfield, CA Full-time

  Location:   Bakersfield, CA 


Provides Tier 1 Technical Support to internal and external customers. The Technical Support Technician is responsible for acting as the first point of contact to open and resolve tickets.  

Primary Duties:

  • Provide Services with excellent interpersonal
  • Work under pressure while performing multiple task
  • Prioritize, organize workload efficient and effectively
  • Meet strict deadlines with continual to detail
  • Make sound decision using good judgment and problem solving skills
  • Communicative effectively using proper grammar and sentence structure
  • Learn and provide level 1 support for internal applications used within the CIG environment


  • Knowledge of various Microsoft Platforms. Basic network troubleshooting skills (DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience in frontline service oriented positions.
  • Experience with hardware and enterprise application support a plus


Education and Experience: 

A minimum of a high school diploma.  At least 1 years of experience in a technical support setting with proven troubleshooting ability.
